You may have heard about the rebate that the City of Spokane is currently offering and perhaps have heard a little about smart clocks ...but what can a device like this do for you? Well, its pretty impressive. A smart clock thinks for you and takes your place as the manager of water output to your yard. It works 24 hours a day it doesn't take vacations. These smart controller - sensor combos don't just detect rain and shut down. They detect moisture, temperature, and humidity and self adjust accordingly. Your smart controller is loaded with approximately 30 years of historical weather data for your area and then uses this historical data is to "predict" upcoming rainfall and temperatures.
